We provide fast, insured shipping for all high-performance hardware.
- Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours once your Bitcoin (BTC) transaction receives at least 2 network confirmations.
- Delivery Window: Your order will arrive within 2 to 7 working days via our premium courier partners (DHL, UPS, or FedEx).
- Real-Time Tracking: Once your hardware leaves our warehouse, you will receive a live tracking link via email. You can monitor your package from our distribution centre to your doorstep.
- High-Value Security: For your protection, all retail electronics (GPUs, CPUs, etc.) require a physical signature upon delivery. We do not leave packages unattended.
- Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than “Damaged in Transit,” a 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
