Q: What happens if I need a refund?
A: If you need to return a product, we issue refunds based on the GBP/USD value of the order at the time of purchase. Because Bitcoin’s price fluctuates, the refund will be sent in BTC equivalent to the original fiat price of the item. This protects both you and the store from market volatility during the shipping and return window.

A: Paying with BTC is one of the most secure ways to shop because you never share sensitive card details with us. Regarding fees: you are responsible for the small "Miner Fee" (network fee) required by the blockchain to process your transaction. To ensure your order is confirmed quickly, we recommend using a "priority" fee setting in your wallet.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be confirmed?
A: Bitcoin transactions require "confirmations" from miners on the blockchain to ensure security. We typically require 2 confirmations before moving your order to "Processing." Depending on network traffic, this usually takes between 10 to 30 minutes. You will receive an automated email the moment your payment is verified.
How to Pay with Bitcoin
Q: I’m ready to checkout—how do I actually send my payment?
A: At checkout, select "Bitcoin" as your payment method. Our system will generate a unique BTC address and a QR code for your specific order. Simply open your wallet app, scan the code (or copy the address), and send the exact amount of BTC shown. Once the transaction is broadcast to the network, your order status will update to "Payment Pending."
