At BitcoinBuy.Store, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance hardware. As we exclusively sell brand-new, retail-sealed products with full manufacturer warranties, our return policy ensures your investment is protected.
 
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day “No-Hassle” return period starting from the date your tracking number confirms delivery. If you change your mind within this window, you are eligible for a return.
 
Return Conditions (Retail Integrity)
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, hardware must meet the following strict criteria:
  • Factory Sealed: Items must be unopened with the original manufacturer’s shrink-wrap or security seals intact.
  • Original Packaging: The retail box must be in mint condition, including all internal padding, manuals, and accessories.
  • Serial Number Match: The unique Serial Number (S/N) on the product must match our internal sales record and your provided proof of purchase.
  • Unused: We cannot accept returns on components that have been installed, powered on, or mounted (e.g., CPUs with thermal paste or GPUs with bracket marks).
 
Refund Method & Bitcoin Volatility
Because we process payments via the blockchain, refunds are handled as follows:
  • Fiat Value Guarantee: Refunds are issued based on the original GBP/USD value of the order at the time of purchase.
  • BTC Distribution: You will receive the refund in Bitcoin (BTC). The amount of BTC sent will be calculated based on the current market exchange rate at the exact moment the refund is processed.
  • Note: We are not responsible for any change in Bitcoin’s purchasing power between the time of purchase and the time of return.
 
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned once delivered:
  • Software & Digital Keys: Any item containing a digital activation code (e.g., Windows OS, Games).
  • Custom Builds: Personalized or custom-configured liquid-cooling loops.
  • Clearance Items: Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “As-Is.”
 
Return Shipping & Refused Delivery
  • Prepaid Labels: We provide prepaid shipping labels for all valid returns at no cost to you.
  • Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than “Package Damage,” a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
 
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Open Live Chat or email help@bitcoinbuy.store with your Order Number.
  2. Provide photos of the sealed retail box to confirm condition.
  3. Affix the provided prepaid label and drop the package at any authorized Courier location.
